£200 or  £300 security deposit payable for 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom villa respectively with final balance

Welcome packs included for the above  3 bedroom villa rates but is an optional extra for promotional rates and should be requested when booking.

3 Bedroom Villa - Cleaning and Linen change for your stay - 90 euros local fee charge payable to the keyholder on arrival.

2 Bedroom townhouse  -  Cleaning and Linen charge for your stay - 60 euros local fee charge payable to the keyholder on arrival.

     For guests staying for more than 1 week a clean linen change charged at 25 euros to be paid locally.

     OPTIONAL mid week clean can be organised in advance for a fee of 60 euros to be paid to domestics locally. 

Payment can be by Paypal, bank transfer to a UK Bank account in Sterling, or Euros to a Spanish Bank account or Cheque (Please be aware of your charges due to the banks)

Check in and Check out time is standard with check in after 1600 hours on the day of arrival and check out  time is before 1000 hours on the day of departure so as to allow cleaners and service staff in. Please ask if you wish to have different times and we will oblige if possible.
